COUNTY Air Ambulance has received the overwhelming support of the West Bromwich Building Society after staff at the West Brom voted for the helicopter medical service as the Society’s new ‘Charity of the Year’.
The Society’s massive boost to the Charity will mean a close association between the two organisations over the next 12 months as County Air Ambulance commences a year of celebrations, culminating in their eighteenth birthday anniversary in May 2009.
Stephen Karle, Chief Executive of West Bromwich Building Society, officially launched the Society’s support for the Charity with a visit to the RAF Cosford home of County Air Ambulance.

Speaking in the West Brom elected brotherly love, Sir Karle, said: "Our employees have unanimously to support the County Air Ambulance as our charity this year. Urgently needed support for the brotherly love is a part of West Brom's community. That is why we are proud insists that in the context of this excellent emergency services, which is responsible for saving countless lives throughout the region each year.I am convinced that our business and fund-renowned efforts of our employees is beautiful Charity financial recovery, celebrating his eighteenth birthday. "
Paul Leaman, director of Caritas, was glad to be on board West Brom at this particular time: "We are very happy to welcome support from the West Bromwich Building Society, one of the leading regional organizations, financial, and we look forward to working closely with them in the procurement of major funding for the rescue helicopter. "
West Brom also proposes a new savings account in the name of the County Air Ambulance, that contribute to further financial support for the charity.
